Interior Designer – (2D + 3D)
Location: Katra Hills, Bhopal
Experience: 1–4 years (Residential interior design preferred.)
Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma in Interior Design (Preferred)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and technically strong Interior Designer who can manage the complete design workflow at Orange Homes.
You will prepare concepts, 2D layouts, 3D views, customer presentations, BOQs, and help designers & sales team in converting leads to confirmed projects.
Your role directly supports smooth execution, client satisfaction, and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities:

Design Development

Create 2D layout plans, furniture placements, and working drawings

Prepare high-quality 3D renderings for customer approval

Handle customer presentations and design discussions

Modify designs as per client feedback

Technical Documentation
-
Prepare BOQs for carpentry, civil, electrical, and modular kitchen work

Work closely with the measurement team to finalize drawings

Create production-ready drawings for execution teams

Coordination
-
Support sales team with presentation materials

Coordinate with site, purchase, and project management teams
-
Ensure design accuracy and consistency for smooth project execution

Client Interaction

Attend client meetings along with the sales team

Explain design logic, materials, finishes, and cost implications

Maintain a professional and solution-oriented communication style

Skills Required:

AutoCAD (mandatory)

SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray (any one required)

Strong design aesthetics & visualization skills

Understanding of residential interiors, modular furniture, and materials

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Sales Executive
Location: Katra Hills, Bhopal
Experience: 2–4 years (Interiors/real estate sales preferred.)
Qualification: Graduate in any field (Business/Marketing preferred)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive who will handle the entire sales process at Orange Homes—from the first inquiry to deal closure.
This role is NOT a design role, but you will coordinate with designers and the measurement team to ensure the customer journey is smooth, professional, and fast.
You will be the face of Orange Homes when it comes to communication, follow-ups, and guiding customers through our turnkey interior packages and décor offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Handling

Attend incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, website leads, and showroom walk-ins

Understand customer requirements and explain our services, process, and plans clearly

Book design consultations and schedule measurement visits
-
Maintain a professional and warm customer relationship throughout the sales cycle

Sales Follow-up & Closures
-
Daily follow-ups on warm and cold leads
-
Coordinate with designers for drawings, presentations, and BOQ updates
-
Support the measurement team to maintain timely site visits
-
Present our plans, pricing, and offerings to customers confidently
-
Handle objections and convert inquiries into confirmed projects
-
Prepare and present proposals to customers (content provided by designers)

Ensure every lead is tracked, updated, and pushed towards closure

Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with:

Design Team – presentations, drawings, and BOQs

Maintain CRM / lead sheet with daily updates

Share weekly sales reports and monthly performance updates

Confident in handling premium clients

Ability to follow structured sales processes

Good with WhatsApp, calls, CRM, Google Sheets

Pleasant personality, problem-solving attitude

Experience in real estate/interiors/home décor sales (preferred but not mandatory)
