    INITIAL CONSULTATION After we have already spoken on the phone with you to briefly discuss your project, we set up an Initial Consultation. We will schedule a meeting for you to fully evaluate the project space and to gather all of the necessary information that our team will need. The Initial Consultation includes the following: A complimentary in-home consultation to evaluate your needs, scope of work and budget Space Analysis : understanding possibilities, discussing ideas and goals, functionality of area and general suggestions Visual Dialogue : review of photos to build rapport and mutually understand the desired aesthetic. Definition of the functionality, budget, scope and schedule of project. AGREEMENT & RETAINER We prepare a written, customized agreement the specific areas for your review and approval. We then require a signed agreement and retainer to begin work with by paying a nominal 5% of order value, and you are now on your way to a designer home. CREATION OF DESIGN CONCEPT This is when the fun begins. The designer on your project and a behind-the-scenes team of magic-workers start putting together all of the pieces of your project to make it come together seamlessly and fabulously. The Design Concept process includes the following: Gathering of conceptual ideas such as finish selections, colors, fabrics, furniture & lighting specification sheets. Available Samples of the above are supplied for visualization. Preparing technical drawings if needed to implement your design and properly communicate the intentions to you. Evaluating design plans with you. Refining schemes and finalizing the design plan. General pricing of products will be supplied. Experience your dream home virtually in a while. EXPERIENCE YOUR DREAM HOME VIRTUALLY Who wouldn’t want to see their dream home taking shape? Pay 15% of estimated order and we will bring alive your designer home in 3D. You can then collaborate, ideate and help us design your home till you’re 100% satisfied. PURCHASING We create formal Bill Of Quantity for you that include each item to be ordered and any important details about each item required for your dream space design. Here comes the best part of Orange homes we will put a Tender for most of major general items among our vendors. You can choose the best quote for you among them through your Account Dashboard. The signed proposal along with the specified deposit will be required to place all orders. Tax, shipping, delivery and installation charges are invoiced separately. Approved proposals cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. PROJECT MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION Our team manages every step of the process, and you can keep eye on it through your account itself. Excited? The WOW part! Place and tracking orders for goods and services. Choose necessary experts in the design field to achieve final goals. This could include contractors, wallpaper installers, painters, electricians, tile installers, carpenters and others experts. Communicating with vendors and contractors to keep your project on track and moving forward. Coordinating delivery , installation and project progress.   • What would be scheduled duration for design consulting?
    We generally take 10 to 15 days for interior consultancy of 3BHK projects.

If we fail to deliver project on time we will pay you penalty. Directly to your Bank Account.

What is Delay Penalty?

Delay Penalty is a discount offered to customers when handovers are delayed for a period longer than 15 days after the confirmed move-in date*. This date is communicated in the Project Schedule after all the sales orders are raised.

 

How much is the penalty?

Penalty per day for every day, beyond 15 days after the committed move in date, is 0.1% of the total Project Value.

E.g., Move In Date - 1st July 2022. Project Value (net offer/ discount): INR 10,00,000/-. In this case, penalty of INR 1,000 (0.1% of INR 10,00,000/-) per day will be applicable in case of delay beyond July 16th. 

The maximum delay penalty payable cannot exceed 3% of the total project value.
